We are a team of dedicated Registered Dietitians and Nutritionists in New York City passionate about providing nutrition counseling through a relationally informed, weight inclusive, non-diet, intersectional approach.

 

Many of the individuals we work with reach out to us because eating has become a source of distress, confusion, shame and/or complication. We view it as a privilege to partner with our clients and support them in finding more ease, confidence, connection and trust around food and their bodies. 

 

Our areas of specialty include the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating, body image, child feeding concerns, and medical conditions that can be supported with nutrition therapy.

 

We welcome clients of all genders and all backgrounds, ages 5 and up.

 

Our practice offers virtual nutrition counseling to clients anywhere in the New York City area (Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island), anywhere in New York State, and in other select states. We also offer in-person nutrition counseling sessions at our office in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
