African American Nutritionist NYC

She is committed to increasing awareness of eating disorders/disordered eating and weight inclusive nutrition counseling in Black communities.

In addition to her work as a dietitian, Esther is a co-founder of the non-profit, Fight Through Flights Inc, which aims to empower and support the healing of Black women living with breast cancer and breast cancer survivors by providing free wellness retreats, as well as access to mental health, nutrition, and fitness resources.

Esther also volunteers and serves as a mentor for Complete Girlz Inc, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating, motivating, and empowering young women, as well as Diversify Dietetics, a non-profit organization whose mission is to increase the racial and ethnic diversity in the field of nutrition by empowering nutrition leaders of color.

Outside of work, you can find Esther traveling around the world, taking Zumba classes, and spending time with her family.
