Rethinking Exercise as a Source of Immediate Rewards

I really like this article. It's no surprise that those who frame physical activity in terms of how it makes them FEEL have an easier time maintaining exercise habits.

It doesn't have to be traditional "exercise" at a gym for it to count either.

Take a long stroll with your head phones and an awesome playlist. Kick butt in a kickboxing class. Zen out in yoga. Join an organized sports team. Swim. Dance. Or, better yet, REST, if that's what your body is calling for right now.
