Intuitive exercise = moving in a way that FEELS good.
For me, that's playing hoops...
Lacing up my sneaks and hitting the hardwood helps me feel strong, confident, happily exhausted, and gives me a much needed mental break.
But different activities work for different people. The point is, exercise should be fun, it shouldn't be torturous!
