No better way to start the week than with some delicious mental and physical "nourishment!"... Loving my new 2016 Zen calendar of inspirational quotes, and my favorite snack of cranberry & nut trail mix. Yesterday's quote reminds me of an important tenet of mindful eating. Being a mindful eater means being open to the physical experience, feelings, sensations and thoughts that flow throughout our eating experience... without judgment (e.g., attachment).
