I'm all for making nutrition a priority (hey, I'm a dietitian after all!). But I see far too many people become obsessed with healthy eating to the point that their mental (and sometimes physical) health suffers. If you find that your focus on eating "right" is causing you distress, it may be time to step back and ask yourself what your real goals are. Remember, we are more than just physical bodies, so don't neglect your mind in the "health" equation.
