Lindsay Krasna, MA, EdM, RD, CEDRD-S, CDN
Lindsay (she/her) is the founder of LK Nutrition PLLC. She is a Registered Dietitian, New York State Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist, and Certified Eating Disorders Dietitian. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in nutritional science from Cornell University, where she also completed her dietetic internship. Lindsay holds masters' degrees in counseling psychology from Columbia University's Teachers College. She completed her counseling internship at the Addiction Institute of St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. Lindsay received specialized training in
eating disorders through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP) certification program and is an IAEDP approved supervisor.
Lindsay has experience working as a Registered Dietitian at The Renfrew Center, Upper East Health, BALANCE Eating Disorder Treatment Center, and Kings County Hospital Center.
She currently serves as the New York City Chapter Ambassador for the the International Federation of Eating Disorder Dietitians (IFEDD). Lindsay is a member of IAEDP's NY chapter, the Association for Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH), the Binge Eating Disorder Association (BEDA), the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics (AND) and the Health at Every Size (HAES) Registry.
Prior to beginning her nutrition career, Lindsay was a collegiate and professional basketball player. She competed for Cornell University and Electra Ramat Hasharon (Israel).
In her spare time, Lindsay can be found shooting hoops, exploring new cities, and watering her plants.
Ashley Perrone, MPH, RD, CDN
Ashley (she/her) is a Registered Dietitian and New York State Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science with a minor in psychology at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She went on to pursue her master's degree in public health nutrition at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she also completed her dietetic internship.
Ashley has experience in the areas of child, adolescent and adult nutrition, disordered eating and eating disorders. She is passionate about helping her clients explore their relationships with food and restore peacetimes around meals, using “All Foods Fit" and Health at Every Size approaches. Ashley is an active member of the International Federation of Eating Disorder Dietitians (IFEDD).
Before becoming a Registered Dietitian, Ashley worked as an independent personal trainer, helping her clients find sources of movement that were enjoyable. She thoroughly enjoys physical activity, but does not believe it should be something that is forced or dreaded.
In her spare time, Ashley can be found reading a good book at a local coffee shop, taking dance classes, or cooking up a new recipe (while making a mess).
Kimmie Singh, MS, RD
Kimmie Singh (she/her) is a Registered Dietitian. She earned her Bachelor of Science in physics from St. John's University and her Master of Science in nutrition from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She completed her dietetic internship at Hunter College.
Throughout her graduate career, Kimmie organized various local events to promote awareness about eating disorders. She has presented at local and national conferences about weight stigma. Kimmie holds the position of Treasurer on the board of the Association of Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH) and is also a member of the International Federation of Eating Disorder Dietitians.
Before embarking on her nutrition training, Kimmie began studying Intuitive Eating and ways to improve one's relationship with food and body with a Health at Every Size approach. Kimmie has experience in Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), eating disorders, disordered eating, and weight stigma. She also has a special passion for exploring the role of social inequality in ideas about food and body.
Kimmie has a gentle and compassionate approach to nutrition counseling. She supports clients by meeting them where they are as she encourages them to find joy and healing in their relationship with food.
In her spare time, you can find Kimmie strolling through the park while listening to a podcast, baking, or enjoying a funny movie.
