Lindsay Krasna,

Lindsay (she/her) is the founder of LK Nutrition. She is a Registered Dietitian, New York State Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist, and Certified Eating Disorders Dietitian. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences from Cornell University, where she also completed her dietetic internship. Lindsay holds masters' degrees in counseling psychology from Columbia University's Teachers College. She completed her counseling internship at the Addiction Institute of St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. Lindsay received specialized training in eating disorders
through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP) certification program, and is an IAEDP approved supervisor.
Lindsay has experience working as a Registered Dietitian at The Renfrew Center, Upper East Health, BALANCE Eating Disorder Treatment Center, and Kings County Hospital Center. She currently serves as the New York City Chapter Ambassador for the the International Federation of Eating Disorder Dietitians (IFEDD). Lindsay is a member of IAEDP's NYC chapter, the Association for Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH), the Binge Eating Disorder Association (BEDA), the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics (AND) and the Health at Every Size® (HAES®) Registry.
Prior to beginning her nutrition career, Lindsay was a competitive basketball player. She competed for Cornell University and professionally in Israel.
Lindsay draws on her diverse training and professional background in nutrition, mental health, and athletics, as well as her fellow humanness, to connect with and inform her work with clients.
In her spare time, Lindsay can be found shooting hoops, exploring new cities, and thinking up new food puns. She lives with her partner in Brooklyn, NY.
