Phone consultation: Prior to getting started, we offer an opportunity to connect via a 15 minute complimentary phone call to discuss your needs and interests in nutrition counseling. We will also answer any questions you might have about our approach and the process of working together.
Initial session: In our first session, we'll invite you to share more about your experiences with eating, movement, and your body. We'll also inquire about your medical, cultural, and social context, and any other relevant factors that may impact your relationship with food and body. Together, we'll define your goals for treatment, and discuss a general plan for moving forward.
Follow up sessions: These sessions serve as periodic support as you make progress towards your goals. Change is a process. Frequency and total number of follow ups vary from person-to-person. We welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you.
Virtual support groups: Support groups are led periodically by each of our associates. Please email us for more details on current offerings.
Professional supervision: We offer supervision to Registered Dietitians. These sessions can apply to the supervised hours required for the Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian (CEDRD) credential.
Business consulting: Guidance and support is available for clinicians interested in creating, running or expanding a private practice.
Presentations and workshops: We offer presentations and workshops for professional groups, community organizations and schools on select topics, including (but not limited to): Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size (HAES), Eating Disorders, Child Feeding, and Non-Diet Nutrition for Active People.

Insurance: We are considered out of network providers with most insurance companies.
