For clients

Phone consultation (complimentary, 15 minutes): Prior to getting started, we offer a complimentary introductory phone call so that we can talk more about your needs and interests in nutrition counseling. We can also use this time to answer any questions you might have about our approach and the process of working together.

Initial session (1 hour, $295): In our first session, we'll invite you to share more about your unique food and body story, and review your desired outcomes for treatment in more depth so that we can tailor your support accordingly. From there we'll discuss a general plan for what our work together might look like.

Follow up sessions (45 minutes, $250): These sessions serve as periodic support as you take steps toward your goals. Change is a process and can look different for each person. Frequency and total number of follow ups vary. We welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you.

We offer in person and virtual nutrition counseling options. In person sessions are held at our office in Brooklyn, New York. Virtual sessions are conducted via a secure video platform. We are able to work virtually with clients in New York State as well as several other states within the U.S. Please see our contact page for more details.

We reserve a limited number of sliding scale (reduced fee) spots at a variety of price points below our standard fees for those with financial limitations. Please inquire with us about this directly.

We do not participate in insurance panels. If you have out of network coverage for nutrition counseling, we can send you an invoice so that you can seek reimbursement. If you're unsure about your coverage, we recommend calling your insurance company and asking if they cover the CPT codes 97802 and 97803 for out of network nutrition services.

Payments accepted include Chase QuickPay, Zelle, and Cash App. We also accept all major credit cards, as well as Health and Flexible Savings Account cards.
