We offer a complimentary phone consultation for all prospective clients.
During this time, we'll discuss your needs and interests in nutrition counseling. We can also answer any questions you might have about the process of working together.
In the initial session we'll get to know one another. We'll invite you to share more about your relationship with food, movement, and your body. We'll also review your medical history and any other relevant concerns. Together, we'll discuss a general plan for moving forward.
Follow up sessions serve as periodic support as you progress towards your goals. Change is a process. Frequency and total number of sessions vary from person-to-person. We welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you.
