Phone consultation: Prior to getting started, we offer a complimentary 15 minute introductory phone call so that we can talk more about your interests in nutrition counseling. We can also answer any questions you might have about our approach and the process of working together.
Initial session: In our first session, we'll invite you to share more about your unique food and body story, and review your goals for treatment so that we can tailor your support accordingly. From there we'll discuss a general plan for what our work together might look like as we move forward.
Follow up sessions: These sessions serve as periodic support as you make progress towards your goals. Change is a process and can look different for each person. Frequency and total number of follow ups vary. We welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you.
Virtual support groups: Support groups are led periodically by each of our associates. Please email us for more details on current offerings.
Professional supervision: We offer supervision to Registered Dietitians seeking support with providing care to individuals with eating disorders and/or disordered eating through a weight inclusive lens.
