Recently got the opportunity to refine my cooking skillz at a "Shared Table" cooking event! An all-around delicious experience. The night was a great reminder of how cooking can be a beautiful form of self-care... a way to re-connect with the eating experience, experiment with new flavors, and nourish relationships with others. 🍴💖
