Nadia believes that the society we live in perpetuates dangerous myths about eating, weight, and health and was inspired to pursue a career in nutrition to mitigate the harmful effects of diet culture and fatphobia at both the individual and the societal level. She believes that everyone is deserving of the right to a joyful and nourishing relationship with food, and views nourishment as a means of self-care, as well as a vehicle for connection with our loved ones. She is also strongly committed to making sure LGBTQ+ clients feel seen, respected, and safe in her care.

Nadia is a professional member of EDRD Pro and the Association for Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH). She has also completed specialized continuing education through Marci Evans' Food and Body Image Healers Nutrition Counseling for Eating Disorders program.

In her spare time, Nadia enjoys reading, playing sports with friends, and trying out new pastry shops around NYC.
