Navigating Media in Eating Disorder Recovery

Hey, look, we’re on TV! Speaking of the media… next week, Megan Hittner, LCSW, RYT, and I will be hosting our March eating disorders nutrition/therapy support group, and the theme of the month is “Navigating Media in Recovery.” We plan to discuss the role of social media and other forms of media in recovery (both positive & negative).
